Macéo Restaurant - Paris
The Macéo Spirit

Macéo is a singularly 'different' Parisian address. This wonderful location, just a frogs leap from the Palais Royal gardens, is adjacent to its sister restaurant, Willi's Wine Bar - simply the best-known & now antique wine bar in the Universe. Within these listed 18th century walls is a glorious space where fans of Maître Park's subtle, subversive cuisine & joyeuse amateurs of wines share the contemporary, comfortable atmosphere.

Macéo is d'abord distingué by the pure majesté of the spaces, their natural architectural beauté, grace & easy warmth. Macéo is different through sa cuisine of seasonal products - frais, légère & équilibre.

Macéo is tangential through its approche culinaire, paying great attention to the nutritional value of our preparations, also proposing a unique (for Paris) 'Green Movements' menu particularly for guests who wish to enjoy a fine meal while making alternative choices.

Lastly, but essentially, Macéo is different through the sélection des vins. Mark Williamson, a wild & crazed antique though he may well be, is also a fervent amateur des vignobles de la France et ailleurs...an open page awaits you offering a personal celebration of the Appellations, Terroirs & Cépages of Europe. And on occasion the delightful Oregon Pinot Noir's of Evening Land Vineyards.

Macéo, like other adresses around the Palais Royal, has welcomed many famous personalities over the years, be they Colette, Eisenhower, you & me. Macéo is a convivial melting-pot, provoking surprise encounters & very pleasant memories....
